Destiny Builders cares about developing positive relationships with Realtors. We have great incentives for Realtors who bring us custom to-be-built homebuyers. We pay 50 % commission upon contract approval and 50% commission upon closing.
In addition to this, we will increase the Realtor commission by 1% for any Realtor who brings 3 or more homebuyers in one year. Our custom to-be-built program also includes the purchase of a homesite in any Central Texas Community.
