“It is difficult to limit the good things to say about the planning and construction of our new home. The contract process and the settlement numbers brought us no surprises and we are AWED by the beauty of the finished project. We were pleasantly surprised at how Shane made the processes of the project so easy. He works with sub-contractors who were willing to include us in decisions that made our house uniquely ours. Shane’s personal communication-touching base with us and keeping us in the loop as needed, but not bothering us with unnecessary details– made this an uncomplicated pleasant experience.”
